1. Who is responsible
Wavvy Guide is developed and published by Mustafa Terzi, an independent individual developer based in Rize, Türkiye. "Rize Teknoloji" is only a brand name used by the developer; it is not a company. The developer's other Wavvy apps use the same Google Firebase project; each app keeps its own data separately.

2. In short
You do not need an account or a sign-in. We do not ask for your name, e-mail address, phone number or location. Your check marks, spoiler shield point and choices are stored only on your phone. The current version shows no ads and sells nothing. If that changes, this policy is updated before the new version is released.
3. Data stored on your phone
The items you checked off, the story point you chose for the spoiler shield, the "show everything" choice, the platform you picked for cheat codes, your language choice and the downloaded guide content. If Android backup is switched on for your Google account, Android may include your check marks and choices in that backup so that they can be restored on a new phone. Everything is erased when you clear the app's storage, use Settings > Delete progress on this device, or uninstall the app.
4. Data that reaches us
- Guide content updates: the app downloads the latest guide file from our website (guide.rizeteknoloji.com.tr, hosted on Google Firebase Hosting). Like any web request, this shows the server your IP address and basic device information. Nothing about your progress is sent.
- Crash and error reports (Google Firebase Crashlytics): device model, Android version, app version and the technical trace of the error. Error messages are removed before sending, so text you type (such as a search) cannot end up in a report.
- Usage statistics (Google Firebase Analytics): events made of fixed labels, such as a game screen being opened, the spoiler shield being changed or a "report a mistake" draft being opened, with the ID of the guide item concerned. What you type in search is never sent. Firebase Analytics uses an app instance ID and may derive your approximate location from your IP address. The app does not access your advertising ID.
- Remote settings (Google Firebase Remote Config): the app may download simple settings. The request carries the app instance ID and basic device information.
- Report a mistake: this opens a draft in your own e-mail app, addressed to our support address, with the ID of the guide item. Nothing is sent unless you send the e-mail yourself. If you do, we receive your e-mail address and what you wrote, and use them only to answer and to correct the guide.
We do not collect your name, contacts, precise (GPS) location, photos, files or payment details. The app asks for no location, contacts, camera, microphone or file access.
5. Who receives data
We do not sell your personal data. It reaches only Google Firebase (Hosting, Crashlytics, Analytics, Remote Config) for the purposes in Section 4, and our support mailbox if you write to us.

6. How long data is kept
- Data on your phone: until you delete it as described in Section 3.
- Crash reports: up to 90 days (the Firebase Crashlytics default).
- Analytics event data: 2 months. User-level analytics data: 14 months.
- Website request logs (Firebase Hosting): kept by Google under its own rules.
- E-mails you send us: as long as needed to answer, and at most 2 years.
7. Your rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), the GDPR and similar laws you may ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Because we keep no account and no server-side profile, the data on your phone is fully under your control (Section 3). For requests about e-mails you sent us or analytics data, write to privacy@rizeteknoloji.com.tr. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
8. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data. It is a guide for games that carry their own age ratings.
9. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). The guide file is checked by the app before it is used; a damaged or older file is ignored.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date, and in the app where needed.
11. Not affiliated
Wavvy Guide is an unofficial fan guide. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any game publisher or developer. Game names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Wavvy Guide, Rize, Türkiye'de yaşayan bağımsız bireysel geliştirici Mustafa Terzi tarafından geliştirilir ve yayımlanır. "Rize Teknoloji" yalnızca geliştiricinin kullandığı bir marka adıdır; şirket değildir. Geliştiricinin diğer Wavvy uygulamaları aynı Google Firebase projesini kullanır; her uygulama kendi verisini ayrı tutar.

2. Kısaca
Hesap açmana ya da giriş yapmana gerek yok. Adını, e-posta adresini, telefon numaranı ya da konumunu sormayız. İşaretlerin, spoiler kalkanı noktan ve seçimlerin yalnızca telefonunda tutulur. Bu sürüm reklam göstermez ve bir şey satmaz. Bu değişirse politika, yeni sürüm yayımlanmadan önce güncellenir.
3. Telefonunda tutulan veriler
İşaretlediğin maddeler, spoiler kalkanı için seçtiğin hikâye noktası, "her şeyi göster" seçimi, hile kodları için seçtiğin platform, dil seçimin ve indirilen rehber içeriği. Google hesabında Android yedeği açıksa Android, işaretlerini ve seçimlerini yeni telefonda geri gelsin diye bu yedeğe ekleyebilir. Uygulamanın depolamasını temizlediğinde, Ayarlar > Bu cihazdaki ilerlemeyi sil'i kullandığında ya da uygulamayı kaldırdığında hepsi silinir.
4. Bize ulaşan veriler
- Rehber içeriği güncellemesi: uygulama en güncel rehber dosyasını web sitemizden (guide.rizeteknoloji.com.tr, Google Firebase Hosting'de) indirir. Her web isteği gibi bu da sunucuya IP adresini ve temel cihaz bilgisini gösterir. İlerlemenle ilgili hiçbir şey gönderilmez.
- Çökme ve hata raporları (Google Firebase Crashlytics): cihaz modeli, Android sürümü, uygulama sürümü ve hatanın teknik izi. Hata mesajları gönderilmeden önce silinir; yazdığın metin (ör. arama) rapora giremez.
- Kullanım istatistikleri (Google Firebase Analytics): bir oyun ekranının açılması, spoiler kalkanının değiştirilmesi ya da "hata bildir" taslağının açılması gibi sabit etiketlerden oluşan olaylar, ilgili rehber maddesinin kimliğiyle. Aramaya yazdığın hiçbir zaman gönderilmez. Firebase Analytics bir uygulama örneği kimliği kullanır ve IP adresinden yaklaşık konum çıkarabilir. Uygulama reklam kimliğine erişmez.
- Uzaktan ayarlar (Google Firebase Remote Config): uygulama basit ayarlar indirebilir. İstek, uygulama örneği kimliğini ve temel cihaz bilgisini taşır.
- Hata bildir: kendi e-posta uygulamanda, destek adresimize yazılmış ve rehber maddesinin kimliğini taşıyan bir taslak açar. E-postayı sen göndermedikçe hiçbir şey gitmez. Gönderirsen e-posta adresini ve yazdığını alırız; yalnızca cevap vermek ve rehberi düzeltmek için kullanırız.
Adını, rehberini, kesin (GPS) konumunu, fotoğraflarını, dosyalarını ya da ödeme bilgilerini toplamayız. Uygulama konum, kişiler, kamera, mikrofon ya da dosya izni istemez.
5. Verileri kimler alır
Kişisel verilerini satmayız. Veriler yalnızca 4. bölümdeki amaçlarla Google Firebase'e (Hosting, Crashlytics, Analytics, Remote Config) ve bize yazarsan destek posta kutumuza ulaşır.

6. Saklama süreleri
- Telefonundaki veriler: 3. bölümde anlatıldığı gibi silene dek.
- Çökme raporları: en çok 90 gün (Firebase Crashlytics varsayılanı).
- Analytics olay verisi: 2 ay. Kullanıcı düzeyi analytics verisi: 14 ay.
- Web sitesi istek kayıtları (Firebase Hosting): Google tarafından kendi kurallarına göre tutulur.
- Bize gönderdiğin e-postalar: cevap vermek için gerektiği kadar, en çok 2 yıl.
7. Hakların
KVKK, GDPR ve benzeri yasalar kapsamında hakkında tuttuğumuz verileri sorabilir, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini isteyebilir, kullanılmasına itiraz edebilirsin. Hesap ve sunucuda profil tutmadığımız için telefonundaki veriler tamamen senin denetimindedir (3. bölüm). Bize gönderdiğin e-postalar ya da analytics verisiyle ilgili talepler için privacy@rizeteknoloji.com.tr adresine yaz. Veri koruma kurumuna da şikâyette bulunabilirsin.
8. Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onların verisini toplamaz. Kendi yaş sınıflandırması olan oyunlar için bir rehberdir.
9. Güvenlik
Veriler şifreli bağlantıyla (HTTPS) gönderilir. Rehber dosyası kullanılmadan önce uygulama tarafından denetlenir; bozuk ya da daha eski bir dosya yok sayılır.
10. Değişiklikler
Politika değişirse yeni sürüm bu sayfada yeni tarihle, gerekirse uygulamada da yayımlanır.
11. Bağlantı yok
Wavvy Guide resmi olmayan bir hayran rehberidir. Hiçbir oyun yayıncısı ya da geliştiricisiyle bağlantısı yoktur, onlar tarafından onaylanmamış ya da desteklenmemiştir. Oyun adları ve markalar sahiplerine aittir.
