Wavvy GuideWavvy Guide — Terms of Use
Last updated 9 November 2026
1. Parties
These terms are between you, the person using Wavvy Guide, and Mustafa Terzi, the independent developer who publishes it (Rize, Türkiye). "Rize Teknoloji" is only a brand name used by the developer; it is not a company. By using the app you accept these terms.
2. What the app is
Wavvy Guide is an unofficial fan guide: checklists, cheat codes and story mission lists for video games, with a spoiler shield that hides what you have not reached yet. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any game publisher or developer. Game names, titles and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to say which game a guide is for. The app contains no images, maps, music or other material taken from the games.
3. Accuracy
The guide is written by us in our own words from facts that several independent public sources agree on, and it is corrected when players report mistakes. We cannot guarantee that every item is complete or correct for every version or platform of a game. Use the "Report a mistake" option to help us fix errors.
4. Cheat codes
Cheat codes are features built into the games by their makers. In many games they work only in single-player story mode and may turn off trophies or achievements for that session or save; check before using them. Do not use them where a game's rules forbid it, for example in online modes.
5. Spoilers
The spoiler shield hides story items beyond the point you choose. If you choose "show everything", all items, including endings, are shown.
6. Your data
Your progress is stored on your device. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The app's code, design and guide texts belong to the developer. They may not be copied or redistributed beyond your personal use. If you believe something in the guide infringes your rights, see the Copyright page.
8. Liability
The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will run without interruption or error. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app or the guide. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
9. Changes and contact
If these terms change, the new version is published on this page. If the app later offers purchases or shows ads, their terms are added here before that version is released.

These terms are published in English and Turkish. If the two differ, the Turkish version prevails.
Wavvy Guide — Kullanım Şartları
Son güncelleme 9 Kasım 2026
1. Taraflar
Bu şartlar, Wavvy Guide'ı kullanan sen ile uygulamayı yayımlayan bağımsız geliştirici Mustafa Terzi (Rize, Türkiye) arasındadır. "Rize Teknoloji" yalnızca geliştiricinin kullandığı bir marka adıdır; şirket değildir. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu şartları kabul edersin.
2. Uygulama nedir
5. Spoiler
Spoiler kalkanı, seçtiğin noktadan sonraki hikâye maddelerini gizler. "Her şeyi göster"i seçersen sonlar dahil bütün maddeler gösterilir.
6. Verilerin
İlerlemen cihazında tutulur. Ayrıntılar Gizlilik Politikası'nda.
7. Fikri mülkiyet
Uygulamanın kodu, tasarımı ve rehber metinleri geliştiriciye aittir. Kişisel kullanımın dışında kopyalanamaz ya da dağıtılamaz. Rehberdeki bir şeyin haklarını ihlal ettiğini düşünüyorsan Telif Hakkı sayfasına bak.
8. Sorumluluk
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın ya da rehberin kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Tüketici olarak yasal hakların saklıdır.
